How I Got Here

Sports were the center of my life growing up. I finished 6th in the state in the 100m dash two years running and played football through my senior year at Columbus High School, which earned me a full scholarship to play at Eastern Illinois University. I started at Free Safety and served as position captain, and that environment, built on discipline, coaching, and accountability, is where my approach to training was really formed.

When my playing career ended, I came home to Miami and went all in on the thing I actually wanted to build: a place where people could change their lives through training the way mine had been changed. I opened my own facility and spent 7 years coaching over 500 clients in person, everything from first-time gym-goers to competitive athletes. I closed that facility in 2020 and joined the team at Stunna's Fit, where I coach in person, online, and hybrid today.

Along the way I built the LPA Method, Longevity, Performance, Aesthetics, because I kept seeing the same problem: people were training for how they looked and getting hurt, burnt out, or bored along the way. LPA is how I build programs that hold up over years, not just weeks.
